I had a wonderful experience. My filling came out, so I needed to schedule an appointment right away. I called and was able to get an appointment two days after the filling came out. I am also not from the area, so I really appreciate how they were able to accommodate me. The staff was friendly, and I really liked how Dr. Kalmuck explained what she was doing while she was working.

I can't thank them enough for their kindness and gentleness with my special needs child. They were patient, explained everything to him, listened to his random stories, and did such a nice job. Started coming here around 2015 and loved it. Douglas always looked out for me and would give me small discounts for any inconvenience. Given I’ve gotten over $15k worth of work done. Probably more. During Covid Douglas retired and sold. I ended up getting 2 caps by the new ownership. 1 broke off after 11 months.

She suggested I get an implant and sent me to her husband to get it done. You’d think I’d get some sort of discount for spending all this money on this 1 tooth. Nope. Later down the road I canceled an appt 2 hours ahead of time and was charged $60 for cancelation. I’ve been going there for about 10 years and have spent well over 10k between her and her husband. Not once did they give me at least a 1% discount for any of my troubles just wanted my money.
