I agree with the low reviews RUN they do not care for their patients. I had went back to get a crown redone due to Dr. Lea cementing a crown with a hole she accidentally drilled into which was causing me sensitivity in that tooth. Diego came in prior to them starting my new crown stating I had a balance for a deep cleaning I had to pay before they cemented my new crown. I was very confused as to why, if I had asked him to call me back when everything was approved with my insurance which he did.

He called and said everything was 100% approved. So there is no reason I should be paying for a cleaning my insurance %100 covered. I called my insurance and they told me I do not have to pay anything out of pocket due to it being fully covered. The mistake was made on their end for billing a full mouth cleaning in one day when my insurance only covered half of my cleaning at a time. When I came back for my crown they tried to charge me a whole different total they had given me the first time.

I told them I called my insurance and they told me I don’t have to pay anything. If I were clueless as any other patient I would have been scammed of my money. Very sketchy place 👎🏼👎🏼

UPDATE; THEY ARE THE BEST !! I just got my new denture and a partial. They look great and I've had them in for 4 hours and haven't gagged once my old denture I couldn't stop gagging on it(my old one came from a totally different dentist) the denture and partial from radiant smile looks so good and feels remarkably natural compared to what I had. I'm so excited I was crying when I looked in the mirror because I was so happy! And I got the bargain price dental option and they look and feel so awesome!! I can't say enough about the dentist and staff. They worked with me on the price and I got my appt day mixed up. I came In 2 days late to get my denture and they were super busy but they still fit me in . They make you feel like your their only patient. They always make sure to answer any questions.

Both the dentist and his assistant spend time explaining everything and make sure you're comfortable and happy. Plus I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes to go in which is amazing considering they are always busy and all the time they spend with you. I probably sound like a commercial but they truly are wonderful and take pride in their work. They deserve 5 plus stars. I never thought going to the dentist could make me this happy. I actually looked forward to my visits and I'm so happy with the outcome!! Thank you so much! This place is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

My dentist took the time to explain all my options and they work with my insurance to get as much covered as possible. And the dentist assistant was very patient with me. . I had 3 teeth pulled and getting fitted for a denture and it was still the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. I highly recommend this place. I'll update my review as soon as I actually get my denture. But so far everything has been great!

Very friendly staff I have been there a total of 4 times getting a new set of dentures they always got me in quickly. Dr Lea was very nice and over saw my visit checking the work of her technicians. The whole office seems willing to help with any questions you may have.
