After a crazy last year, things seem to be getting back to some normality and I am super excited, especially after my 1st DDS cleaning this year at Dr. Elliot J. Rand, DDS. The other day I got a text message about openings for cleanings, quickly responding, and booked an appointment, which happened yesterday, and it was a great experience and felt like I should share good news because there has not been a lot going around. My appointment was for 9:30am and I arrived a few minutes early and was in the chair about 9:38am getting x-rays, then a cleaning.

I’ve been going to this dentist for several years and I am very satisfied with every experience I’ve had at this office, great receptionists, RDH’s, RDS's & Dentists. The item that is most important that I want to share is about the RDS, Tracy; was assigned to do my x-rays and clean my teeth. RDS Tracy was awesome and a true professional. Tracy is professional, courteous, great sense of humor, and performs her craft with precise precision. Tracy provided great facts and feedback throughout the entire appointment and made the experience pleasant.

If you are looking to schedule a cleaning and a pleasant experience, I would personally suggest Dr. Elliot J. Rand, DDS. And ask for Tracy, RDS to perform you’re cleaning.

I’ll be honest, I haven’t been to a dentist in 20 years (I am one of those chickens) I went 2 weeks ago with a horrible tooth ache and they took care care of me with kindness every step of the way. Rand is amazing, he explains everything thoroughly and even called me the day I had my major work done to make sure I was ok. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rand and his team to any one, adult or child and especially those who are chicken. Being confident in my smile means everything to me and I cannot thank you enough.
