My family and I have been going to this practice for more then 15 years. We were very content. However, as of late, their service has declined. We have NO issues with the Dentist or the Hygienist, they are wonderful, but the front office is horrendous. Not sure if that's the directive given to them, but they act like a 'Bill collector. ' and make you feel terrible, with constant letters, calls, texts. As if you're running away with the money.

Today my son had his cavity filled, I paid for the service. Got into my car, within 2 minutes, I received a call from their office, how come I did not pay. Excuse me???!! I just paid, literally less then 5 minutes ago! All they need to do was speak to their fellow coworker. After 15 years, we have paid thousands to this practice without any issues. Very unhappy. In a day like today when they have Dentist Offices like ASPEN DENTAL ever other block, Raphaelsons' should really consider the service they provide.

I can't say enough good things about this dentist office! The entire team is professional, friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable. A special shout-out to my hygienist Liz—she is truly amazing! We absolutely love her and appreciate the care and attention she gives every visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Please be aware of dr rapfelson he cost me lost of a tooth that eventually made me have to do a very expensive implant he left a tooth completely vacant and it was front tooth and it broke off and I had no options but to do 6000 dollar dental implant. He left tooth for one month with no filling try g to bleach it but one month so healthy tooth broke in half.

He’s so lucky I could of sued him he’s the youngest doctor and I paid the price for his stupidity

The office is very professional and curious. Dr Raphaelson is one of the best dentists around. He truly cares about his staff and patients. You will not find someone as honest and professional.
