Truly thee best dental experience I have ever had!!! Doctor Rapp explained to me what was going on with my root canal and offered advice that was awesome. I felt he had my health insurance in mind and was simply honest about my options. It was comforting because he also took the time to explain the reason behind his decision. I truly appreciate the staff as well. Thank you kindly!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Best I’ve had probably! I always dread the anesthetic but he practically made it painless. Got a root canal. He explained everything every step of the way and answered every question. I was very pleased. I will go to and refer Dr Rapp for any future endo needs!

I called the office no answer so I left a message which is no big deal. I got a call back. Customer service was very poor. I went to the office for my first visit. Customer service was still poor. I have insurance through the state and they didn’t want to take me.
They kept making excuses that my insurance did not cover it and I called my insurance. They do cover it & the insurance agency told them as well it’s covered . As well as those things were suppose to be verified before I came to the office . No matter what insurance you have, you should be able to receive treatment if you are getting paid! I felt very uncomfortable! I did not feel welcomed! You guys should do better at your customer service and not judging people on what type of insurance that they have.
