I had an emergency with an infected tooth over the weekend. My husband called Dr. Taylor who said please come in Monday at 7am. We arrived Monday at 7am to a happy staff complete with smiles and warm welcomes. I was escorted to the procedure room, where we finished my bit of paperwork.

Dr. Taylor came in gave me a numbing shot or two. . . which did not work initially, but he gently gave me another while the dental assistant literally held my hand because it hurt so bad due to the infection.

Dr. Taylor and the nurse (I think her name was Maria) were both patient and kind while we waited to see if the last shot would work. It did finally! Once that was complete, I was out of the office and on my way home in exactly 1 hour. I checked out and said a mumbly goodbye to everyone at 8am. THESE PEOPLE ARE EXCELLENT!!! It was my second time there and both times were great! Thank you RCT Endo for your professionalism and great work!! Plus thank you again for your kindness on the most painful tooth problem I have ever had!! YOU FIXED IT!!

Visited their site today and couldn't ask for a better experience. For those of you scared or heard that root canals are painful etc. . TRUST ME this place will make you get that thought out your head. Once i entered i was greeted and escorted by a nurse who ran me through all my insurance coverage and forms etc for my root canal. The site is very sophisticated and you can tell that your are in good hands.

Dr. Taylor is the best. I felt no one pinch during the entire process and his assistants guarantee your at best comfort. I would totally reccommened to a family memeber or friend.

Dr. Ronald Taylor and his assistant were absolutely superb in professionalism and dental services rendered for a root canal. (my first and I hope my last). Dr.

Taylor and his assistant worked as a cohesive experienced team who provide the patient with the best tlc. No discomfort experienced, they had the latest of digital technology/equipment for registration and the root canal procedure. I would highly recommend RCT Endodontics, LLC, Bowie location. 🤗

Dr. Taylor was absolutely the best endodontist I have ever been to!!! No pain, always concerned about his patient, friendly, personable. I was so anxious prior to my visit and felt comfortable in his chair. His hygienist, Carla was always quite pleasant and she too gave great care. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone!
