Reagin Orthodontics has the most pleasant people I've met in a long time. Everyone had a smile on their faces and welcome you in as you walk through the door. I love the welcoming board they have outside, it let's me know that they have a plan for the day and their ready to take it on. Melissa is a real sweetheart, she made my visit very comforting. She was very patient and understanding to what I had going on.

She made me laugh when I didn't want to. Dr. Dean was awesome as well I liked the reassurance of fixing my smile. Keep up the good work guys you make people have a better day and that goes along way😁!

I recently moved here from Georgia, and from the moment I walked in for my appointment, I felt so welcomed. Seeing my name on the “Welcome” board was such a thoughtful and personal touch! The staff went above and beyond to help me find a treatment plan that worked with my budget, which I really appreciated. At the end of my visit, I received a T-shirt and a welcome bag.

It was the best orthodontic experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and great at what they do!

I had a wonderful experience at Reagin Orthodontics. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I felt welcomed and valued. They even greeted me with a personalized sign that had my name on it! The office has a vibrant and energetic atmosphere, with a coffee bar and a gaming area that create the perfect family-friendly environment. The staff is pleasant and genuinely makes you feel appreciated.

I received a comprehensive overview of treatment and financing options, but I never felt pressured. Overall, it has been one of my best customer service experiences to date.

Before walking in, my daughter felt welcomed and excited by seeing her name on a sign. The front staff is attentive and always cheerful. The environment is spotless but fun. There are many details from the pictures to the cookies that make you feel like you’re in the right place.

I was most impressed with Dr. Reagin, who took the time to get to know my daughter, gave me many opportunities to ask questions, and left us feeling like he genuinely cares. We highly recommend this office. We would’ve given ten stars if we could!
