Our experience with Reardon Dental started out very positively, and we referred multiple patients to them because of this. However, there seems to have been some turnover within the last year or so. While I can’t say for certain that this is the cause of the recent issues we’ve experienced, the timing does seem to correspond. We discovered there were multiple claims that hadn’t been paid by our insurance provider because Reardon had never submitted them. Unfortunately, we didn’t discover these errors until we had paid the claims out of pocket, and it was too late to be reimbursed by our insurance provider. Reardon Dental refuses to credit us for their mistake.

Additionally, I had several front teeth bonded, which have subsequently chipped on multiple occasions. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had to go back to have them fix various chips. They even left material in random places that I can feel when I run my tongue across my teeth. I can’t explain why they continue to chip as I had bonding from a prior dentist that lasted over 20 years. Finally, if you’re in the market for an orthodontist, consider that Reardon only has one ortho on staff. This means that if there is an issue you could potentially have to travel to a different office, or wait a week to have it resolved.

I would also add that we have had lots of issues with brand new brackets breaking off, causing our child’s treatment to be prolonged. At one appointment the orthodontist accused our child of eating prohibited foods. We found this incredibly insulting as our child, who is a very picky eater, has not eaten their two most favorite foods in over two years because they’re on the restricted list.

The dentist office was beautiful. No wait and I was early. Dr. Filler was wonderful along with Maddie and everyone on staff. I was always afraid of getting my teeth cleaned and worked on. I will tell you it was an awesome experience and I can’t wait to return in six months. So accommodating! I would highly recommend his wonderful practice.

Coming in as new patient was so easy and not stressful at all. From the receptionist to my hygienist Maddie, to the Doctor made me feel as if I had been a patient for years. Very professional but down to earth. I would highly recommend Reardon Dentistry.
