I love this place! I hadn't been into the dentist in quite some time, and was _way_ past due for a checkup. It turned into a couple of followups to fix a crown and some fillings that were long overdue for some attention. The staff & doctor were great - they explained everything along the way, and the procedures were quick and not nearly as bad as I had anticipated.

I'll back for more regular check-ups from now on. I highly recommend this business to keep your smile looking great!

Very thorough with the first time visit. Full X-rays and imaging with full breakdown of findings, and concerns. Great staff. Everyone is so friendly. Prompt service and very knowledgeable.

One thing I love is they give you a cost breakdown with what was cover d by insurance, and what you pay; all before they do anything. That way you can decline if insurance won't cover. Would recommend Reason to Smile Dental.

Refuses to give cost of a cleaning up front. I just wanted to book a cleaning and know the cost. They forced me to book the appointment first then said they would tell me the cost. The receptionist tried to get off the phone immediately after booking but I quickly asked the cash price for a cleaning. She said she couldn’t tell me and she couldn’t find out the information.

She said I just had to come in and have the service and they would tell me then. I asked her to give me a ballpark. Is it $100? $500? She said it can vary depending on what I need. I said I understand things change if there’s other work that needs to be done, but just the up front cost of a cleaning. She would not tell me so I cancelled the appointment.

This office would rather cancel an appointment with new business than prepare you so you can pay the bill while you’re there. This office may be honest, but the absolute refusal to tell the cash price of a standard cleaning comes across bad. That office knows what they charge for a cleaning. Why can’t customers know?

My daughter has severe mental illness, including anxiety. She hasn’t been to the dentist in years and has neglected her teeth due to depression. Her teeth were rotting out of her mouth. We came in for sedation dentistry and I can’t say good enough things about the doctor, the assistant, and the entire office! They were kind, patient, and understanding of my daughter.

They explained everything they were doing and made sure she was comfortable and that I understood what was going on. They were able to clean her teeth and fix all her cavities. They were professional and respectful and I am so grateful for all of them!
