I have been a patient of Dr. Sang Yum for several years. Dr. Yum and his staff in Redmond Dental Care are very professional, friendly, and welcoming. I have consistently received excellent dental care from Dr. Yum and his staff. Dr. Yum is very knowledgeable in his field, and he ensures that his dental procedures are performed perfectly.
Most recently, I had an implant when Dr. Yum performed a superior job. Before performing the implant procedure, he explained to me in details my alternative options, and described how the implant procedure will be performed. I feel comfortable and pleased that I made the right decision. I highly recommend Dr. Sang Yum and the Redmond Dental Care office staff.

I hope there is 0 star. The good hygienists are leaving and the ones left/joined only do very simple cleaning and not paying much attention to your teeth. My previous hygienist usually took a whole hour for the cleaning but the last one took only ~20 mins. Also, I noticed that I'm paying more here. I'm fully covered with my Delta dental insurance (I believe the routine cleaning is covered) and just got 3-time cleaning each year (no other treatments) but still have to pay out of pocket for ~$220 a year.
My deductive is only $50 I believe. I have my kids with another pediatric dentist and each has 2 cleanings every year but with the same insurance covered I've never paid a penny for them (even the deductive). Second what Catalina said a few years ago, the receptionist was rude when things went not she expected.

Dr. Yum is the kindest, most competent doctor you will find. Unlike many other dentists, he is extremely transparent - he always communicates exactly how much a procedure will cost out of pocket and never recommends unnecessary procedures. I went to him with a very tough ask to replace the crown on my front tooth.
He worked with multiple labs to get me the perfect color match and brought back confidence in my smile. Very grateful to have a doctor like him. P. S the hygienists and front desk staff are also awesome! Highly recommend

I have been with Redmond Dental Care and Dr. Yum for almost 9 years. I have been very happy with their services. Dr. Yum is kind, professional and has treated me and my teeth very well.
All hygienists are very nice, helpful and caring. For today’s visit, Anna did a great job on taking care of my teeth. She is nice, kind, and very patient in explaining things and gives lots of tips on maintaining the teeth. Highly recommend Dr. Yum and his team!
