I can’t express enough how experienced and knowledgeable Dr. Navid is! He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything with patience, which I truly appreciate. As someone who is very sensitive to pain, I’ve experienced the least discomfort during treatments with him. I highly recommend Dr.

Navid — even if I move farther away from Redmond, I would still make the trip just to see him. Not only is he exceptional, but his entire staff provides outstanding service. The clinic always feels warm and welcoming, and everyone is genuinely friendly.

I’ve been a patient at Redmond Family Smiles for over 3 years now, but I’ve recently had some disappointing experiences that I can’t stay silent about. The first time, I had to cancel my appointment because my child suddenly fell ill over the weekend. Since the clinic is closed Saturday through Monday, I called early Tuesday morning to cancel. Despite the emergency and the fact that I had no way to inform them sooner, I was still charged a $75 late cancellation fee. Honestly, I understand policies are in place for a reason, but emergencies, especially with kids are unpredictable.

There was no room for compassion or flexibility. The second time, I left home early with both of my kids, dropped them off, and got stuck in major traffic on 405 due to an accident. I called ahead and informed the clinic that I’d be about 15 minutes late. I was still turned away and told that not only would I have to reschedule, but I’d also be charged another fee. It was so disheartening, especially after making such an effort to show up.

What hurts the most is the lack of empathy after years of loyalty. I’ve been a regular patient and always shown up on time, but these two incidents were beyond my control. It would’ve meant a lot if someone had simply acknowledged the situation with some understanding instead of just enforcing a rigid policy.

This really is the official dentist office of my family. When my girls grew out of pediatric dentistry, they followed me and my husband here. Their customer service is top notch and all of their staff is so friendly and helpful. You get a warm environment, no fear of going to the dentist here!
