This dental provider has engaged in questionable billing practices by charging both the insurance company and the patient for the same procedures. Such conduct raises significant ethical and potentially legal concerns. Despite contacting the insurance company to report these issues, no corrective action was taken, leaving the patient with no option other than to discontinue treatment. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this dentist. A crown procedure that should have been routine extended over 2.

5 months and was mishandled from the beginning. The treatment was initiated despite an active infection, which not only prolonged the healing process but also caused severe pain during the procedure. The situation was distressing enough to cause an emotional breakdown in the dental chair. Even months later, the crown has not been properly fitted and continues to cause issues. Each follow-up visit has resulted in minor adjustments with no long-term resolution, while additional charges were submitted to the insurance company for each visit.

For patients considering this provider, I urge caution. The same dental group also operates a branch in Sammamish, managed by the dentist and his spouse. This statement is provided solely for the purpose of informing the public and encouraging due diligence when selecting a healthcare provider.

Everyone in the office are very personal, professional, wonderful customer service, very patient when we had questions, very detailed, I have an anxiety problem with dental offices and we are new patients at Redmond Modern Dentistry the whole office staff Junnie, Melissa, Sara, and Dr. Chiang took care of us, and the atmosphere was very calming . My husband and I had a wonderful experience.

We highly recommend everyone to this office. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

I was visiting family and had a dental emergency with a temporary crown that had fallen off. Not only were they able to see me the next day, on Christmas Eve, but they were able to give me a permanent crown same day. The process was quick and everyone was so nice. Dr.

Chiang is so patient, she took time to answer all my questions and ensured I was always comfortable. I wish this was my normal dentist office and I’ve already recommended them to my family in Redmond. Highly recommend!
