This is my first time giving a review but I had to mention how I felt going into this dentist office for the first time. Everyone was wonderful, starting with the people at the front desk, everyone was very nice and friendly. My hygienists was the best. I hate I forgot her name, I was really nervous. . .

. smh She was absolutely wonderful. She's caring, gentle, funny and she made me feel very comfortable. Everyone i met was wonderful. Thank you Liviona staff ❤️❤️

Very nice and gentle, keeping me comfortable, none judgmental. Kept asking if I was in pain and apologized for any discomfort. Clean atmosphere and facility. Busy, busy but I didn’t have to wait, they took me in on schedule and I was out without any waste of time! I must say, I’ve never in my 60 years, had such an amazing experience! Great job Redwood! A bit torn on my experience here as the team when I was in person was AWESOME. Scheduling and billing, however, have been a bit of a nightmare. I originally signed up on ZocDoc for an appointment, but when they called to confirm, I needed to make a different appointment type and push my date out. I never received any paperwork or anything else, so when I went in for my new patient visit and cleaning, they didn't have me on the schedule.

That was no problem, and they were able to still fit me in the same day which was SO nice! The team called me later in the day to confirm more details about my insurance and that was that. I came back later that day for my cleaning and the hygienist emphasized I needed full mouth X-Rays, and I figured that was true since the lady I talked to previously asked for more info to verify my insurance. The visit was great, and I had no co-pay since it was a cleaning visit, etc. Fast forward a few weeks and I now have a bill that is due that I thought wasn't going to happen as they were supposedly verifying my insurance.

Well apparently, my insurance didn't disclose it, they didn't ask, and now I'm out money for something that shouldn't have happened. Just frustrated at this whole experience and wish it could have happened differently because I did really enjoy the team there.

It's been over 10 years since I've gone to a dentist because of bad experiences with past ones (mainly being rude to me or expecting my pain tolerance to be different just because of being tattooed). Everyone in this office was kind and made me feel comfortable. Karen was incredibly gentle and the experience was so much different and better than I had mentally prepared for.
