Best dentist I have ever seen and trust me, I'm picky. Dr. Watkins is so professional and friendly. I’ve had bad dental experiences in the past and my fear was keeping me away from the dentist for too long. I nearly had a heart attack (literally) during a dental procedure when I was a teenager and it’s been hard to get over that. But I feel very relaxed when I go to Dr. Watkins considering how much anxiety I’ve always had. I inquired about getting all the work done that I had been putting off. . Lynda spent probably an entire hour with me going over a treatment plan and the order of importance.

I’m paying out of pocket for several procedures that my insurance doesn’t cover and they offered a discount plan to help with the costs. Her walking me through this is honestly life changing…truly… no other dentist office has ever taken that amount of time to explain it all to the point where I felt comfortable to spend that kind of money and confident that it would get done well. She probably thinks it’s just her job, but I honestly get emotional when I think about it, because I have been so stressed for so long about my teeth. I’m so thankful for her… without her I might not have decided to do all this, and it really needs done. The entire staff is so friendly. They are always busy but never seem stressed, though I’m sure they are (we all are!). They always accommodate my work schedule when I request a certain time. I’ve been taking a lot of time off to do all of this and they always manage to get me in when it’s convenient for me. Dr. Watkins is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients.

He’s very gentle and I hardly feel any pain. Normally novocaine is the worst but he does it so slowly you don’t even feel it. We just finished procedure 2 of 3 and I’m so happy with the results. I have been there every few weeks over the past 6 months and I’ve actually been excited to go, it feels good to finally take care of the things I have been worried about for years. Lynda and Dr Watkins are truly my angels, I needed them in my life to get me through this time! Without them I would probably still just be complaining about wanting to get my teeth fixed but not doing it. I know this is a ramble of a review. . they are just great, all around! I really can’t say enough good things. You can’t find places like this anymore, that care and are just genuinely nice people… Thank you all at Refresh Dental Cranberry!

The best dental place I’ve ever been! Dr. W is so fantastic, very knowledgeable, personable, and you can tell he cares about his work. All of the dental techs are wonderful; they’re so efficient, kind, and make you feel very comfortable in their care. The girls at the front desk are the absolute friendliest/most personable receptionists I’ve ever met at a healthcare office (Megan is a rockstar at her job!!) Their scheduling is the best. I’ve had dentists in the past take 6-12 months to schedule me in for a problem tooth, but here, they never made me wait more than a few weeks/days.

The office is so clean, and they stay very current with technology. Never keep you in the waiting room long. They definitely got their ducks in a row here. Highly recommend Refresh Dental in Cranberry!

I've been to quite a few dentists and this office is top notch! Everyone there is very knowledgeable and professional with a laid back atmosphere. Their work is great and they stand behind it. Also they work well the insurance company.

You definitely won't walk away from here feeling robbed or taken advantage of. I drive from the South Hills to come here and I had a lot of work done. Keep up the the amazing work and thank you!

I needed a plan to be able to move forward with my dental health and EVERYONE at Refresh Dental was honest, kind, and so very helpful. They are down to earth people. I walked away with an AFFORDABLE plan in motion and a large smile on my face. I felt heard and helped.

Completely opposite of my last dentist who had refused to help me and walked out of the room. I wish I would have spent the last few years at Refresh Dental instead.
