This location continues to over book, filling up the tiny waiting area, only to say they are understaffed when questioned. And the entirety of the waiting area is not cleaned. Obviously neglected. I'll be taking my child elsewhere in the future. This location needs to be revamped. New management, new staff.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The dental hygienist spent less than five minutes cleaning my teeth, which didn’t feel thorough. After waiting over an hour for the doctor to review my X-rays, I decided to leave due to the extensive delay. The office feels overly commercialized and overbooked, which impacts the quality of care and overall patient experience.

My experience with this office was very underwhelming. When I made my appointment they told me I would be getting an x-ray in addition to a cleaning. I get there and I am not down for a cleaning and told new patient policy is to get an xray first. I was not told this at all when I made my appointment. I accepted that and spoke to a manager about it. Otherwise, they were nice.

My appointment was on a Thursday. At check out, I was told the hygienist would call me to schedule my cleaning the following Monday as they have early closing on Fridays. The following Wednesday came around and I never received a call, so I decided to reach out. Upon reaching out, I was told that my chart notes said "Patient refused to give correct number" which was a complete lie in addition to the fact that I filled out new patient paperwork with all my updated information. I speak to a manager and he ends up verifying my email with me and the email that they inputted had a typo on their end! He then tells me that they have to check my bone mass before a cleaning so essentially I would have to come on 2 additional occasions instead of the x-ray and bone check done together. Sounds to me like they are trying to milk people's insurance.

It was so hard for me to get an appointment to work around my schedule as a school nurse. I tried giving this place a chance but it just did not give the utmost customer service or attention to detail when it came to me as a patient. Very disappointing.
