I've been going to Dr. Reichley for over 20 years. I drive all the way from Lebanon, 45 minutes south. The office is worth the drive because of their honesty, friendliness, and professionalism. I've never had a reason to question their treatment advice.

Very disappointed with this dental office. I had been an established patient with Dr. Reichley for a couple years and my husband has been a patient since high school more than 20 years ago. They had helped me repair some damage that another dentist office had done to my teeth.

Some time passed, maybe a year or more, and I needed another filling and cleaning. They were so booked out for the cleaning, that the receptionist went ahead and booked me for the filling appt because I was in pain, and she told me we would schedule the cleaning when I came in to have my tooth fixed. However, another receptionist called me less than a week before my appt to tell me that they would only see me for a consultation, and wouldn't do the filling during my appt. I did not want to pay the very high office visit fee just for them to tell me what I already know.

Their policies have changed since the original Dr. Reichley ran the office, and now they only care about extremely overcharging for visits and cleanings. My whole extended family will be finding a dentist who actually cares about their patients.

Dr Rochelle Reichley is wonderful! We have been seeing her for over 10 yrs - basically since we came to Beavercreek - and she has been wonderful not only to myself and my wife, but also to my three kids. The hygienists are always conscientious and caring and Dr. Reichley is always no nonsense about the condition of my teeth and what (if anything) needs to be done to keep them looking great. I love her attitude, her caring and comforting manner, and her obvious fondness for all her patients. I also have never had an issue with billing or scheduling appointments - the personnel are always professional and courteous.

I couldn't give her a higher rating. Don't look at those 1 star raters who clearly have axes to grind - sounds like the issue is on their side. Dr. Reichley is everything that you would ever want from a Dentist!

At my last cleaning she talked negatively about me to the dental hygienist right in front of me. Today I received a letter stating she refused to see me any longer because I was unable to schedule my treatment. I had explained up front And several other times that I have a medical condition that makes it difficult for me to travel and schedule appointments, but that I would prioritize the most important procedures. Even though I did have one of the treatments done, she refused to be understanding of health issues that are out of my control. I have never caused an issue in her office. I have only ever cancelled one appointment.

No issues with payment. The only grievance is that I have delayed treatment due to my other more pressing health concerns. Now I get to add the stress of finding a new dentist to my already long list of issues. 0 stars. Do NOT recommend.
