A thoughtful dental practice. Also high-tech. They do good work. For instance, they can manufacture a crown on-site while you are in the office. They also try to help you address root causes of some problems, like mouth breathing and snoring, which can lead to teeth grinding that can cause damage. I appreciate their thoughtful approach.

I went to the dentist yesterday and honestly have always loved their care. I think they use a very informed, educational, and modern approach towards dental care. I walk away feeling like I learned something about my teeth, how to care for them and a clean mouth. I also feel that the staff is exceptional and personable. They remember life events and try very hard to relate to you.

I have always had mediocre experiences with the dentist growing up until coming here and I think that really speaks volumes! My only down side is that this dentist is not longer accepting a major insurance provider which is Delta Dental (my insurance). It makes my 6 month check up visit go from $30 to literally $300 which I experienced yesterday. I also have a few “problem areas” that need work which is no problem but when it came scheduling and billing, I learned at the check out desk that I actually had more work to be done than what was told to me while I was sitting in the chair and would need to be done across two visits. Plus the dental team spoke about/ encouraged me to look into a mouth guard for night time so I don’t grind my teeth but to my surprise they just tacked it onto the bill to start the fitting and ordering process. I love this dentist but for the first time I felt a little duped.

I don’t think they fully informed me of my dental plan and options and more pushed things on me as an expectation when I hit the check out counter. I’m bummed because I’d love to stay with them but with the cost and now the sliding experience of communication, I may need to look elsewhere. If you go here, request Payton as your hygienist! She’s truly the one who makes the entire experience worth while for me!

The front office and dental tech did a great job of getting me in the chair on time and cleaned quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, I then sat in the chair for 15 mins waiting for one of the dentists to see me. At that point the office manager came in to see how I was doing and told me that both dentists were tied up. Unfortunately, I had other appts to get to, so I couldn't wait indefinitely. The office manager offered to do my fluoride treatment for me, but I didn't want to put her out. I ended up having to take off without seeing the doctor or getting the fluoride treatment that I had paid for (pre-paid for 2 visits).

I decided to wait a week to post a review to see if anyone reached out to try to make things right, but that never happened. This isn't indicative of my other experiences there, but they prompted me for a review. . . so I wanted to be honest.

Today I showed up without my wallet and phone…. 🤦‍♀️ so thankful to the kind folks for cleaning my teeth and sending me the bill later this time. I appreciate the real life accommodation and will continue to visit them. Also props to Allie for making my teeth feel and look super clean. 😀
