As someone that was just switching dental insurance, I was in search of a good dentist. I came across the many great reviews from this office and decided to drive 40+ minutes to receive good care. At the start of the appointment, Dr. Puja Agarwal asked me for my reason of visit, as I am explaining to her, she was distracted with another situation and I already felt unwelcome. I came into this appointment for a routinely cleaning, the cleaning with her lasted 8 minutes exactly. She rushed through the cleaning and made me feel very guilty about my oral health; continuously saying "gums are bleeding. . watch a youtube video on how to floss. .

your pain is because of cavities. . " She stated that I had 5 cavities without specifying where. Front desk stated that each filling is $193 and is willing to take me in right then and there to start the filling. Note this: I just had a dentist appointment 2 months ago with no informed cavities. I decided to hold off with the filling and find a different office as it seems like they're overcharging filling and my experience felt very unprofessional and rushed. I just finished my dentist appointment with a different office and found out that I had no cavities at all. The so-called things that Dr. Agarwal was seeing was stains that have been there from braces.

Every teeth is unique in there way with grooves and dark spots from braces, old fillings, etc. Not every tiny dark spot you see is a cavity. I almost got scammed $1000 for cavities that I never had. As a patient, I felt very judged by Dr. Agarwal as it seems like she truly did not care about me and was focused on financial interest. I am very disappointed in the care that I received from this office. All of these "great reviews" are given for a free bleaching kit that they promises to give. Please be aware of this office and take time to do better research for your health.

Had a great experience whenever I've been there, now for one and a half years. Dr. Agarwal is very easy to talk to, she's very friendly and knowledgeable. I know I'm always in great hands by going to her practice!

2025 Update: the practice has gone downhill since Dr. Agarwal took over. She totally botched my filling and I haven't been able to eat on that side since. I got a 2nd opinion and that dentist said I didn't need all the additional fillings she was saying I needed. I highly doubt I actually needed the one she did.

In my opinion she's just trying to make money off of unnecessary procedures - please get a 2nd opinion whenever she wants to drill and cut into you. The previous dentist, Dr Nematollahi, was honest. It's a shame she have to leave the practice.
