I was insanely put off by my experience here today. I came in with my sister for her appointment, and was immediately met with such distain and disrespect from SAM up front at the desk (the one who deals with financials), not to be mistaken for the monotone receptionist who’s greeting only consists of an emotionless “do you have an appointment?” Not to mention the sarcastic tone and rolling of eyes when I simply asked Sam to have Dr. Eric call before he does anything. Don’t worry, we talked to Dr. Eric Resh about this and he was thrilled to finally learn this about his staff. But also, Dr. Eric Resh, my sister told him she wouldn’t write a review, she told me as well, but I need to voice how little he even pretended to care. When my sister confronted Dr.

Eric that the day before she felt it was sleezy for him not to mention about his comment before she left. She let him know cost was an issue for her, and he said they would discuss when she came back in. She paid full price (no insurance) but the grimy part was that he did not mention anything about his comment prior. She felt there was an awkwardness because he could tell she was upset but he avoided, assumably he was trying to avoid his comment to her earlier, about how we would handle payment, she felt like he was hoping she didn’t ask about it. This could all be a misunderstanding, however, when confronted about this today it was just mhm and thank you I need to know this for my staff. . lol like they are all laughing as soon as we leave. .

ironically, after hearing my sister’s name in the background, when we went to leave, every single person upfront was nowhere to be found…I guess they all needed to poop together. Lol that last part is probably not needed, but we used to love coming here, this has just been the absolute weirdest and worst experience…after literally YEARS of coming here…like what? But to make this completely accurate I want to clarify that my sister thinks dr eric resh is an amazing dentist. . but this was weird. Lol anyone who’s gone to this office would probably be shocked because it is not like them.

Dr. Kevin is absolutely amazing!!!!! I was very nervous at the first appointment as the entire time he kept asking if I was ok and if I was comfortable. His bedside manner is very good along with his assistant’s. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone that asks!!!!!

I cannot recommend a dental practice more than Resh Family Dentistry. Dr. Kevin and his team were absolutely amazing. It is my second visit here for extensive work, and I could not be more satisfied. His assistant Gina was wonderful and very helpful, keeping me at ease throughout the procedure. The amounted years of dental experience in this practice astounds me.

They also provide very fair pricing for exquisite work. Give them a try. I suffered from ptsd due to bad dentists in the past, if you pick the wrong one it can be a terrible experience. Dr. Kevin has helped cure that as my last extraction was entirely pain free! Thank you!

Resh is a genuine good hearted family dentist. Feel blessed to have such a wonderful dentist. You really get the feel of a family owned Dentistry here. 100% would recommend to anybody who has a fear of dentists or has had bad experiences with dentists.
