I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Karbasi and the amazing team at Reston Heights Dental. I came in with intense pain, TMJ issues, and a strong gag reflex—something I’ve always been embarrassed about due to past traumatic dental experiences. Dr. Karbasi immediately diagnosed that I needed a root canal and performed it with incredible care and patience.

He truly listens, understands my unique needs, and makes me feel safe every step of the way. A heartfelt thank you also goes to Leila, who assisted with my crown. She was so gentle, kind, and incredibly understanding of my anxiety and reflex challenges. I also want to recognize the front desk staff member—I’m so sorry I forgot your name!—but you are truly wonderful. You’ve been so kind and helpful every time I’ve called, especially with insurance questions.

It means a lot to be treated with patience and respect, and I see how hard you work. I’m so grateful for this whole office. They’ve helped me not just get out of pain, but start healing years of dental fear and discomfort. Thank you all so much!

My experience at Reston Heights dental has been phenomenal thus far! I’ve had to get a lot of dental work done recently and just started going to Reston Heights Dental and they have been nothing but kind, professional, and accommodating. Dr K and the entire staff are the best! I actually like going to the dentist now which is something I never thought I’d say. 5/5 experience every time.

Update: Got Invisalign today and it was a seamless experience! Dr. K and Leila made it a great experience.
