Please avoid this dental office and Dr. Reuben Collins. I decided to post this to warn anyone who may be deceived by its high rating. Please read YELP reviews first, which I should’ve done at first hand. 1. No sign , no logo of office , you have to call them to be able to enter into office. Since I was a new patient I didn't get all these instructions the day before or over the phone when I called them. So I spent around 5 min, and finally after second time they answered my call and let me in. 2.

No one at the reception. I had a feeling everyone does everything by multitasking. 3. Hygienist was the sunshine of this day. She did a good job. 4. Equipments, like X-ray , lamp etc. are super old, look like from 70-80th. 5.

After the dentist came and asked how I learned about this office, I said I did research and you have a good review, for which he replied: "And plus we take your insurance" , like doing me favor. Not professional! Many places take my insurance. 6. Finally after cleaning and exam I was about to leave the office, and doctor himself rushed to me ,like I was a thief and said to me in a very offensive way , that he needs my insurance, or I have to pay them, I got so scared , because I have never been treated like that, in any dentist office. I said I put all info in the paperwork and he said that is not enough, and I knew I can't just leave, I said I can give my SSN or they scan ID. Anyway it left me with a very bad aftertaste. I cancelled my next follow up appointment. Very disappointed , I will go back to my old dentist, which is little far, but that's OK, live and learn that high rating sometimes can be just overrated .

Hi, I’m a new patient of Dr. Collins. I received a treatment for a crown. His service is very superb and he is courteous. The staff are professional, nice and they explain every detail regarding the insurance. Dr. Collins thoroughly explained the treatment process and broke it down to me and also recommended options that were feasible to me. Thank you Dr. Collins for your professional service!
