One of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. The numbing injections were extremely painful, and then the dentist left the room and allowed his hygienist to trim the filling. Isn’t that outside the scope of practice for a hygienist? While she was working, she got too close to my gum line. Even though I was numbed, I felt sharp pain and involuntarily jerked three times. I also felt the tool hit another tooth but didn’t think much of it at the moment. When I got home and checked in the mirror, I saw a chip in that tooth! I called the office to report what happened, and they asked for a photo.

After I sent it in, Dr. Kall claimed that based on my previous X-rays, the divot was already there. But I had never noticed anything wrong with that tooth before the procedure. To top it off, I’m still experiencing pain at the injection sites. I really hated to write this review, but I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this kind of discomfort and frustration.

We see Dr. Kall, Dr. Lock and Dr. Marty at this location. We find it very hard to trust some offices and have found this office to be very trustworthy. We really rely on Dr.

Kall's opinion and have been patients of his for years. To date he has never done us wrong. We also appreciate the Dental Hygienist's, Dental Assistants and Office Staff. We can't say enough good things about this office. Just great all-around!

I was a patient of Dr Albers for years. When the practice sold to Revitalize I was certainly unsure as to what to expect. But there was absolutely NO DISAPPOINTMENT with this new team. From the moment I spoke with the office team, who is delightful by the way, I felt like I was family. They welcomed me with open arms. The warmth and smiles and laughter and comfort made it feel as though we had all been friends for years.

First impressions are so important and these days medical office personnel are some of the most impersonal individuals you encounter. NOT HERE! I love these ladies and would call and express my concerns or questions with them ANYTIME. You don't feel rushed or just a number. They understand the anxiety of dental procedures for most people and you can't feel any more relaxed! Dr Lock is my new favorite DR ever. She took her time, explained procedures, gave me her honest opinion and didn't try and sell me on procedures I didn't need at that moment. I drove from South Florida (where we have a 2nd home) to have the work done here because of her professionalism and knowledge.

I can't say enough good things about these individuals. Personally I believe, they should be the model of all medical and dental offices EVERYWHERE. I have one more procedure to finish before headed back to Florida and I look forward to the visit to the dentist for the first time in my life!!!! Thank you team. You have a new client willing to make the trip just for YOU guys!

The office staff is very pleasant, understanding and extremely helpful. I visit Dr. Lock for all my regular dental needs and I find her very welcoming. I have recently needed some extra work done and Dr. Marti explained the procedures completely. His expertise and manner left me feeling very confident. I recommend Revitalize Dental to anyone needing dental care.
