They have a wonderful staff that greets you the moment you walk in. The wait is not long before you are taken in. They have a fantastic team of doctors that covers almost all areas of dentistry. I am writing to share my recent experience with your services, which has unfortunately left me feeling both disappointed and concerned about the professionalism and accountability demonstrated by your clinic. A few months ago, during a routine deep cleaning procedure, one of my crowns was partially damaged, very minute section was shed off. I promptly brought this issue to the attention of your team during my next visit, just after a week. However, I was informed that the sensation I was feeling was likely due to calcium buildup which was removed as part of deep cleaning and that the issue would resolve itself over time.

Unfortunately, after a couple of months, same crown cracked and broke into pieces. Upon reaching out to inquire about this incident, my complaint was met with dismissal, stating it may be build of inferior quality and lets go for new one with us and no acknowledgment of responsibility was offered. This response was both unexpected and disheartening. I had expected a more customer-focused, courteous approach in addressing my concerns, as I believe patient care should prioritize open communication and accountability.

Regrettably, my experience has not met the standards I would anticipate from a reputable dental care provider. Given my experience, I would advise others to exercise caution before seeking services at their clinic.

I found a real good dentist (Dr Rao) place after a long disappointing search for a new dentist after my insurance change. It has very friendly, kind, very accomodating and patient staff ( Divya, Marisol, Ricky) and has ample parking. It has nice comfortable seating and good view too.
