I had the worst experience ever. Receptionist is rude and unprofessional. The dentist himself is arrogant and blew off a simple question. The office is absolutely unsanitary. My insurance had to fax over paperwork numerous times before they ever would admit to receiving it.

Receptionist refuses to work, and never answers the phone. She does call back eventually, however, she does so begrudgingly. There is a $30 reschedule fee if not done 24 hours before Appt. That is policy which I was never made aware of. Switching clinics ASAP!
