The practice emphasizes detecting and treating oral health problems in a timely manner, focusing on maintaining healthy, functional, and aesthetically pleasing smiles for their patients. Their comprehensive services encompass various aspects of dentistry. They also offer bonding for smaller imperfections. Beyond these, the clinic addresses specific oral health concerns like periodontal (gum) disease therapy to prevent tooth loss, TMJ/TMD treatment for chronic jaw pain, and tooth extractions when necessary. They also provide orthodontic treatment, including clear aligners, to help achieve straighter teeth. Reynoldsburg Dental Group also offers emergency dental treatment for traumatic dental injuries, including chipped, moved, or knocked-out teeth, encouraging patients to call their office for immediate assistance. They aim to make dental care accessible and comfortable, offering in-house sedation options and flexible payment plans, including acceptance of most traditional insurance plans and CareCredit financing. The clinic prides itself on a state-of-the-art facility that meets OSHA and CDC standards, and a caring staff that strives to make patients feel at home.

Tried to get me to pay for a crown that's not even in my bite. Also did not find what was really going on. Glad I got a second opinion. Assistant complained about workload and being solo. Also confirmed they accepted my insurance and now my insurance is trying to bill me back for being out of network. What a mess!

They wanted me to leave a review and so I will be completely honest. I came in for an extraction from an overgrown wisdom teeth. At first glance of the outside I would’ve driven past this place. It simply looks abandoned. The waiting area is small, no matter what time your appointment is you’ll have to wait. Their staff are friendly but lack knowledge in the practice.

I was scheduled for my extraction at 10 and I wasn’t called in until 10:30, then I was plopped into a random dirty, fly filled office as decoration for another 23 mins. The dentist then came up to me to introduce herself ave then stuck a numbing qtip at the injection sight. With nothing said after, she walked out to go do a cleaning on another patient, I noticed this because the walls are thin and you can hear everything while she informed the patient that she was about to clean them. At this point it was 11:15 when she returned and proceeded to inject me for numbing but wait all the saliva I had accumulated from the nasty drops of whatever she used? No suction present, so then a nurse had to come connect one to the ground and guess what no connector for the suction just the white stick directly in my mouth, done by myself in my right hand for whenever I needed it. Imagine that! I have NEVERRRRR held my own suction before, I was bewildered. The dentist was informative before the process and after.

Overall, they are nice and sweet but I cannot help that they care more about the payment more than the paying patient. I will not be returning for a cleaning. I’m thankful that they took me on such short notice but please do better guys, you have the potential to have an amazing practice here, if you would just apply some simple and thoughtful changes. Thanks for your efforts. I will recommend them only in desperation and emergency situations but nothing else. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

I’m very disappointed with the misleading information I received from this dental office. When I called to inquire about replacing my missing teeth, I was assured over the phone that they could help with a replacement. However, when I visited in person, they completely changed their response and told me they only offer full dentures and cleanings—nothing about individual tooth replacements as they had promised. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable, as it wastes both time and money.

Patients deserve clear and truthful information before making an appointment. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for honest dental care.

They were nice. But they rushed the cleaning. Why schedule work near closing time. They didn’t brush our teeth, my son and I. They didn’t even floss. They also forgot to put a bib around his neck. They were sending him without putting the fluoride on his teeth. Both our work took less than 10 minutes. We got none gift bags with toothbrush and all…
