This Dental place is an outrageous rip-off! Steer clear of this scam! I went in just for a deep cleaning, forked out $257. 80 straight from my wallet.

Then, a few months down the line, I get a letter from my dental insurance, flat-out denying coverage, claiming I had fillings done – a complete fabrication! And don't get me started on the appointment debacle; they unilaterally scheduled it without my consent, and now they have the gall to send me a $50 bill for a supposed no-show, plus a freaking $134. 2 bill from a past balance I knew nothing about! What's the deal here? How much should a basic deep cleaning cost anyway? Is this dental place completely unhinged? This is beyond infuriating!

I’ve been coming here since I was a young child. Being under my parent’s insurance I had no choice of my dentist. For starters, the doctor makes me feel really uncomfortable. Dr. Loveland isn’t reassuring or comforting but mostly gives off a cocky and arrogant demeanor. Every visit he would recommend certain procedures that I felt wasn’t necessary and only mentioned to make money off me as a patient.

Most importantly, I couldn’t believe that he was strongly recommending to remove my 4 wisdom teeth by just give me a relaxing medication like Xanax or numbing injection all just to prevent me from going to an oral surgeon and get them properly removed while under anesthesia. Again, all to just make money off the patient instead of what is best for the patient. Thankful to be able to choose my own dentist now and not return to him, just wanted to share my experience with Dr. Loveland.

I just started recently coming to this dentist and his staff when searching for a dentist that takes my insurance, and I must say I have no regrets. His staff are amazing and kind and he is great at what he does; my first visit I told them I had some issues and wanted to put together a treatment plan; his staff sat me down, listened to me and presented me with numerous options, no pressure and explained everything in detail. I chose the plan and began going for my appointments. Multiple fillings, a crown, and eventually a few implants to address injuries from the military (no I won’t see the va for dentists, if you know, you know).

My appointments have been nothing less than incredible. All my anxiety over shots to numb things, fillings, etc pretty much gone (still hate needles) The dentist knows what he is doing, the numbing shots he gets it right the first time and I felt absolutely nothing through multiple appointments. His staff are just as knowledgeable, polite and ease my anxiety. This is by far the most knowledgeable and skilled dentist office, across the board I have ever seen, been to or heard of.

I drove 120+ miles round trip for this dentist office for a reason, in a truck that gets 15mpg on the freeway at best from pahrump. I cannot say enough good things about this office, the dentist and his staff and recommended them without hesitation.

Scoobie Snacks

This was my second visit to Rhodes Ranch Dental and so far it’s been amazing. The staff have been super sweet nothing but kindness and smiles they’ve answered all my questions which is greatly appreciated (in all honesty I’m not a big fan of a dentist and they truly were such sweethearts). I’ve had to have a couple teeth pulled and Dr. Loveland has done everything he can to make me feel comfortable, and make it as easy as possible for me as my procedures have not been easy.

He maybe a little rough around the edges according to other reviews and he might be slightly serious but I’m great full for this as I’m trying to keep my teeth and thus far, my experience has been one that I would highly recommend others to see him. It may have been the Xanax but I sware I saw him smile. 🤣 this last visit. His office is a very nice comforting, clean and very welcoming office and I’ve been to many in my life time.

And many kudos to the assistant that helped this last time the dr and her worked together extremely well together. Should something change I’ll post but as for now Dr Loveland and staff can’t be thanked enough! Update: a lot of work has been done and this group is still amazing! They have been taking such good care of me everyone from the front office to the dental assistant and even the dentist they are knowledgeable, kind and with no doubt caring I recommend Dr Loveland and his staff wholeheartedly!!
