My husband has been a patient here for many years and really enjoys Jason as his dentist. Many of the hygienists he’s had have been great. However, the billing and insurance is a complete mess and we will be switching dentists because of it. It all seemed to be worse after Riccobene took over and reading reviews online, this seems to be common. We are still waiting for reimbursement from a visit from the beginning of January, which we shouldn’t have paid at all. The insurance lady handling claims couldn’t figure it out so to leave, he had to pay $500+.

Several calls later, it should have been covered 80% and our out of pocket much less. So countless calls by myself and husband to them and the insurance company, here we are still waiting. Insurance has confirmed the check was cashed February 10th. I handle all my own claims for dental for myself and always have my money back in 2-3 weeks. Someone really needs training! When we’ve called we’re told “we’ll send an email and let you know of updates”. But no one calls to update us.

So at this point, they’re holding the remaining $150 of ours (the only reason I got any refund was by resubmitting the claim correctly!). we are greatly disappointed in all the time we’ve had to invest for someone doing it incorrectly. If we don’t have resolution soon, we’ve been advised to dispute this as a charge back from our bank.

Dr Cupputo is awesome. He treated me with such kindness and care. Everyone in this office is amazing. Even though I had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, they all treated me with the up most respect. Thank you all for your kindness, support, and services. I highly recommend Dr Cupputo and his team. They can do anything there and with all of the latest equipment.

Dr. Caputo was amazing, this was my second visit with him and had my first ever root canal. He was fabulous, talked me through every step, made sure I was ok during the procedure and I didn't feel a thing. His staff was equally as fabulous and made me feel relaxed during the appointment. Thank you for the care I was given today.
