Did absolutely nothing besides brush her teeth and schedule an appt 6 months out. I just found out there is actually something that can be done about her issues by getting a second opinion. But at this point, two of her baby teeth may not be salvageable.

Was pregnant back in may had pregnancy medicaid pending, needed to be seen had proof that my medicaid was pending was told I had to have close to $500.
00 upfront, lady was extremely rude to me, and in result I wasn't nice back, I had a miscarriage and I believe it was due to no receiving the care I needed for my tooth that they were rude and denied me care due to me being in pending status, now I need more work done and they have noted my account as can't be seen because I was rude! Guess your people can be rude but we can't be rude and demanding back! Worst customer service ever from the staff! I've never been treated with such disrespect!!

I have always thought this was the best place until taking my 3 children in today. I have 2 in full braces and brush exactly as they are suppose to. My oldest had a cavity and the dentist was just as hateful as she could be. Not once were my children told they couldn't drink soda with braces on but truth is soda is bad for out teeth anyway. The dentist rudely said she was rottening her own teeth out and if that was her choice so be.
. . . if your burnt out on your job find another but dont treat your pts with disrespect. Will be finding a new dentist!

Most child friendly place I have ever been to. They were incredibly patient with my toddler. (Seriously can you imagine a 2 year old at the dentist?) I love how the dentist was straight forward on explaining the do's and don'ts of baby teeth. Thank you so much for the over all experience.
