This is the most unprofessional office I have ever been to. The front office manager is extremely disrespectful. She withheld my medical documentation, stating that it’s “office policy,” and they don’t need a reason to withhold information. That is an illegal HIPPA Violation.

Dr. Pfotenhauer and the dental assistant were kind during my visit, but overall, I will never return to this office because of the front office manager and her awful and disgusting manner in handling this situation.

Dr is awesome. I've always had a pleasant experience everytime I go. They actually care about their patients here, rather than telling you that you need this and that just to make a buck! Office staff and assistants are knowledgable and friendly! Been a happy for 6 yrs.

There is nothing wrong with the dentist and the hygienist. Good luck making an appointment with them. I made an appointment in October. Couldn't get in till December. Needed a root canal. I couldn't wait that long. So, I made an appointment with Uhazie. He got it done in 2 weeks. I told them a month prior I needed just a cleaning for the appointment. Which was fine with them, didn't say anything.

And 2 hours before my appointment. They said I am wasting everyone's time. Told me that multiple times on the phone. I should go somewhere else. And I should go back to where I got my teeth fixed at. Office doesn't seem to care at all. Very rude. I liked the place, but I will never seek any service there again. Edit- Was there a year ago. And they want to say "years" in the reply.

Last appointment was in Decemeber 2023. A year ago. Had an appt in February 2024 that they canceled. My insurance got screwed up, and they didn't even want to work with me on it. It's hard to get into the place anyway. A cleaning shouldn't cause confusion. When you had knowledge of it in advance. Don't tell clients they are wasting your time.
