Dr. Chan has given both our kids great service both before and during treatment. We love that we can schedule at different locations. In the year leading up to starting treatment I appreciated the informed and patient approach to a treatment plan while we waited for the kids’ mouths to be ready.

During treatment they were patient with my oldest as he grew and got his driver’s license, and made him feel comfortable enough to bring he and his sister to appointments on their own and schedule future appointments. They always communicated well with me as well. We are excited to wrap up one treatment today!

First, we enjoyed our experiences with Dr. Chan and his office. He did wonderful work and we appreciate that he chooses to be part of our community. All was good until they hired horrible billing and account receivables people. We have paid multiple thousand of dollars, and they screwed up a $100 final payment.

What followed was harassment and a complete inability to make effective contact. We get harassed, but some sort of scammer type payment is asked for by text instead of our previous payments. We called the main office to try to work it out, and supposedly we did and it was all good and now a year later it started up again. I am walking in with a wad of cash this week and asking how much to not have their strange person call me and threaten me. Updated: their office is basically never really open in Monroe, which I understand.

I appreciated that they keep an office here, which was very helpful for our family. But I did call them, and talking to someone in their office is a completely different experience. They were understanding and helpful and I can still recommend them based on our experience. I would say that you should make sure you understand how they will be contacting you for billing and set boundaries for that before you start.
