My daughter was extremely nervous about her first time, but Avalon Orthodontics was great especially Dr. Sencak! He was extremely professional, polite & reassured all my daughters concerns. Even under the current situation, the staff is very courteous and polite ~ the office is a very welcoming place and would definitely recommend them.

Their service is flawless. We started having their service in 2015. My daughter had her braces and got them removed 2 years ago and my son, 1 year ago. My son is currently on the 3rd phase of care and is now using a retainer as recommended by Dr. Dahar.

They are very knowledgeable and professional with excellent customer service. Their facilities and environment are neat, and their staff is fantastic and friendly. When an emergency appointment is needed, they are all so kind and helpful. I’m glad we found them in the first place.

Did my braces back in 2015. The last appointment before removing my braces they made an incorrect adjustment which had one of my bottom front teeth poking out while the rest of my teeth were straight (it was abundantly obvious). Upon coming into my last appointment to remove my braces Dr. Dahar saw and took note of this mistake and his solution was to adjust it ONLY while taking my top braces and then “marking it in my retainer”. He did not as a PROFESSIONAL decide to leave my bottom braces on to assure this would not cause my further issues. He did NOT put on a back wire to ensure this would not cause me further issues as this was HIS offices mistake. I wore my retainer for as long as I could tolerate my tooth shifting EVERYTIME I took out my retainer and putting it back in. My bottom row of teeth are completely crooked.

Worse then before I got the braces and it’s WORST spot being the same tooth he didn’t take them time to correct; which has not effected my top row of teeth. As an adult and having it been 10 years I truly hope you’ve learned from your mistakes and have not ignored more mistakes made by your employees while not taking proper measurements to fix said mistakes. I’m truly just disappointed and am now extremely insecure in my smile and teeth. I have left a photo of my tooth that was incorrectly adjusted in my appointment that has now completely shifted to the back of my teeth. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. I wore the retainer, he never called back for a follow up visit. He took my picture to go up on the wall of another “perfect smile” and now ALL of my teeth have shifted due to this one mistake. .

Completely forgot to mention the fact that dentist or mandated reporters. My brother and I were living in an extremely abusive situation where my brother ran away, with his braces that Dr. Dehar put on him. My brother had his braces removed five years after running away because Dr. Dehar did not call my parents nor child protective services regarding my brothers whereabouts. When I think a child YOU put braces on with a contract just suddenly stop showing up I think that’s a reason for concern.
