I've been going to Dr Barbaro for almost 25 years! Truly he is the most generously kind and Professional Dr. His entire staff are a Prefect match for his office. I've even had an emergency root canal done within 3-5 days of it happening (I was in my mid 20's tongue piercing, hairline cracked my tooth) I've had other emergencies that his office was so quick to schedule us. I know the office can get a bit busy at times. .

. . that's only because everyone there is wonderful at what they do and he does have a lot of clients. . but just know it's because he's THE BEST Dentist in North Carolina!

I have to be one of Barbaro’s longest patients. Over 30 years. Best dentist by far to exist in my eyes. But i don’t know what’s happened in the office. Haven’t been able to get in for a routine cleaning in over two years. Told I’m on a list.

So how long am I supposed to wait. But they did get me in for a tooth ache only to see another dentist and told i need a root canal. Maybe cause i can’t get my teeth checked out in over two years. Paid them to tell me i need a root canal only to pay someone else to tell me it’s too late for one. 600 dollars in before finally having to get it pulled out. But i guess it’s time to part ways and find another dentist.

Maybe retirement is in the near future for Barbaro so if he’s not seeing me or not having an influence on the office staff i can no longer recommend this place as i have my entire life. My wife was also not treated as she has been since her childhood as well. So it was not just me. Fare well and thanks for a lifetime of having a dentist i can trust.

I have been to many dentists before and I haven't met anyone so nice and informative as Doctor Barbaro. I have a hereditary tooth disease. Dr. Barbaro took his time and personalized my treatment plan. He will make you feel comfortable and relax.

His office staff are friendly and approachable. It is awesome to go to a place that recognizes you and greats you with a friendly conversation each visit. I am so glad that he is my dentist! I would highly recommend him for any dental need.

Dr. Richard Barbaro is the best dentist I’ve ever been to (Europe or US)! He is empathic, caring, patient, extremely gentle and explains everything that needs to be done/he’s doing and options. He never pressured and is by far the best when it comes to shots. He was my dentist for over 20 years and I’ve never had any complaints! I’ve yet to find his equal since moving 12 years ago!
