If I could give zero stars I would. My 9 year old son is suffering every night screaming and crying in pain. I call every single day for him to see her and she is booked out until SEPTEMBER. My child who is screaming and crying in agony every single night and suffering she cant do anything for.

She will NOT even write a script to relieve any of the pain. WORSE DENTIST I have EVER been too. Not to mention that when we are there for cleanings she is always sitting in the chair behind the desk watching her phone. No time for patients that are in severe pain but time to play on her phone? Very unprofessional

Horrible experience!!! Under Lori's care and going 2 times a year for cleanings. I lost a tooth under her,she put in a bridge that now has to be taken out. I developed an infection under the bridge that caused a blood clot in my jugular vein and that's just the beginning of this nightmare.

Going to Lori has caused me so much pain and money. She was going to remove the bridge she put in that now has to be removed we had the appointment scheduled to do this and then she calls me and cancels she said she didn't feel comfortable. . . . She called me only after I left a negative review. JS I reported her to the Virginia Department of Health Professions.

They called me once to go over the situation and I haven't heard back from them yet. I asked her was she willing to pay another dentist and she flat out said NO yet she won't take care of the issue herself. She also said I slandered her name because of my negative but true post. I thought that was why they have a review section as part of her page. I only posted the truth as what has happened to me. 😔

Great dentists office, friendly doctors, and nice interior. My son went here and was treated very well. This place deserves better reviews
