I had a very pleasant experience at Richmond Dentures & Implanted. From the minute I walked in and met Dana to my consultation with the dentist. First they do a pano X ray & then the dentist comes in to discuss his recommendations. Unfortunately I was not a candidate for dentures ( or fortunately) . I really respected his honesty .

He treated me like I was his mother. Integrity goes a long way. I would highly recommend.

So May 2, 2025 my Uncle decided to take a chance for himself! When he received the yes from that consultation, limits were finally off and he could live again! The plan given, was carried out too the 'T'! Today is the day of the surgery, we're super excited! Thank you Louis, Dana and staff at Richmond Dentures and Implants for your great service!!

Everyone was so cheerful and helpful. It just made such a pleasant and calming atmosphere. You wanted to become friends with everyone you met. I wish I had had a dentist office like this growing up

Cant say enough about my experience with this practice. Immediately upon entering the office I noticed a very warm smile and genuine greeting from the receptionist Dana. What a joy to be treated with absolute kindness. Then I spoke with Louis who was very thorough in explaining my treatment options and answering all of my questions. Again, very kind and warm. The staff here are over the top.

The office was very neat, tidy and clean , also very important to me . I am so looking forward to returning and having the work done that I desperately need. I would highly recommend this office over others . I would have liked to give a 10 star review but google doesn't allow.
