I had made a appointment for my daughter, even after hearing the horror stories from experience from prior people who had went there, and thought maybe they just had a bad experience and blow things out of proportion. I'm going to start with calling to make the appointment, when I called I had asked the receptionist if they took my daughter's insurance, they told me yes they did. When we got there and Dr.

Reynolds assistant took us to the exam room, the older red hair one, she didn't state her name nor have a name tag on, she was okay for the first 2 mins and then she became snobby and rude, very unprofessional, when Dr. Reynolds came in he just started the exam, without introducing himself to my daughter to make her comfortable with him or anything, after the exam he was talking about options and he had mentioned a expander, he brought a text book out and was showing us the pictures of the process, I had asked him if would be uncomfortable or interfere with certain foods being as there is a pretty decent size metal piece on top of your mouth, they both got very rude and almost mad that I asked a question about something being in my childs mouth. He said well its nothing experimental and if it wasn't going to work then it wouldn't be in text books and his assistant was in that background also stating things, when he asked if there was anything else she said she had a sharp tooth that has been bothering her and he didn't even try or attempt to look at it he said it'll be okay, I don't care if you already looked at all of her teeth and know what they look like, you should still check it out when it is announced.

We went to the check-out and we didn't received any paper work of information for her records of her visit or anything. I do not recommend this place for anyone!

Very thorough, kind, and knowledgeable!!! Hands down the best dentist! The main reason I haven’t moved away from Richmond. He takes incredible care of all three of my children’s teeth. He has even volunteered his time and reasources to make sure my children were taken care of when I didn’t have the funds.

I have even heard of him giving kids free braces. We’ve been going here for 7 years and plan to til my kids age out or when he retires

I have been bringing my son here for the past 7 years and every single visit is a wonderful experience. Dr. Reynolds and his staff are specialists not only in pediatric dentistry, but are also experts in making the children feel comfortable. From the moment you walk in the door, there is an immediate sense of "children first".

I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds for all children ages 2-18. Parents, if you want the very BEST care for your children's teeth, this is the place to be!
