Richmond West Dental provides the best dental experience I have had (of at least 5 regular dental clinics)! Dr. Mike is by far and away the best practitioner I have had. He is exceptional at explaining procedure, dental physiology, and reasons for procedures. He caught and explained to me a structural issue with my teeth that no other dentist had caught. This led to me getting Invisalign but it was not pushed on me. Dr.

Mike explained all my options including ones that would be referred out. The office is clean and modern with modern equipment. Jenn, the assistant and receptionist, is friendly and effective in helping with appointment booking, billing questions and getting me situated for an appointment. Their dental hygienist was great in my first appointment too. I can't recommend Richmond West Dental enough as a regular practitioner.

Highly recommend for outstanding dental care! Dr. Le is extremely skilled, transparent and explains his recommendations in a clear and understandable manner. He took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the treatment to best meet my needs. His passion for dentistry is evident, and It shows through his work. The clinic is clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly.

Dr. Le has been my dentist since I've moved to Toronto. He has a high attention to detail while being professional & comforting. His new dental practice is state-of-art & clean.

Although he relocated to a new location & it increased my drive significantly, I chose to stay with him because of my excellent dental outcomes as a direct result of his care. I'd highly recommend Dr. Le for new patients!

Thought this was a different kind of practice but like most dentists in Toronto- turned out disappointing- no duty of care towards a regular patient experiencing an emergency. Canceling a confirmed appointment without call or email while knowing the patient is in dire need. Very very disappointed and sad to have experienced this kind of behavior.
