I started my appt by informing Dr. Josan that I had a terrible experience with Invisalign and hadn’t been to a dentist in years because of it. She continued to pressure and badger me into trying it again, although I had worn it for 3 years previously and it failed. I told her multiple times that I was adamantly not interested, and she said we could talk about it later. Then she hugged me and said “you are a beautiful girl” and that she wanted to help me. How disgusting to play off someone’s insecurities to get a kick back.

I just got back from an orthodontist who explained that this happens all the time, and he gets 2-3 patients a day whose Invisalign was botched by dentists. He also informed me that I’m not even a good candidate for it due to my complicated bite and crowding issues. She was trying to get more money off me with no regard for what’s best for her patient. It also took her 4 months to make a crown for me. I showed up for appointments every two weeks, each time to be disappointed. She then kept wanting to laser my gums repeatedly, (which is not covered by my insurance) since so much time passed while she failed to produce a properly fitting crown.

I finally made a big stink, and the office manager offered a discount on all services and the laser that day for free. The doctor made multiple excuses that conflicted with what the office manager was telling me. I wouldn’t mess with this place again for free.

I was referred this dentistry because of their specialties. My regular dentist recognized some pressing dental concerns that I needed to take care of ASAP. Every person in the office, from the office front manager to the actual dentist, made me feel at ease to go ahead and get the procedure done and taken care of within days of my initial consultation. After and during the procedure they ensured my comfort.

They came up with a comprehension plan going forward for my health in conjunction with my regular dentist. I cannot recommend them enough.
