If I could give this place no stars I would. I'll start with the what I liked about this facility initially. It appeared the staff was very well trained and prioritized children. They asked a host of questions at the exam and about things that would make my daughter comfortable which to me were all green flags. Fast forward to today 4/25 which was the date my daughter was scheduled for extractions 4 to be exact. We were told that she would get laughing gas to relax her which was administered for a short period of time.

Then, she would get numbing shots which of course would be painful but they would keep her calm and try to help her relax, they did NOT. My daughter wasn't given any kind of assurance from either the dentist nor the assistant. Next and the most traumatizing things and actually has me considering consulting with an attorney, my daughter was given numbing shots and the dentist literally waited only about a minute in a half before she aggressively started extracting my daughters teeth. My daughter SCREAMED in pain, cried, constantly said owie" and the dentist not only continued she continued aggressively. I'm not professional, but I've had extractions done before. I know they numb the area, I know they wait up to 5 minutes before they began working on the affected area.

That didn't happen with my child. I am very upset and I am sure my child is traumatized. Not only that my daughter eas crying so bad, she began choking on her own blood which the assistant was not consistent in draning her while her teeth with being pulled I had to make them stop mid procedure to lift her from choking. I am very upset and I am highly considering legal action!

Hello, I am an Army veteran and I certainly enjoyed my first appointment with Dr. Pruhs at the Ridgeview Dental Group. He is a Marine veteran and I found him to be a very knowledgeable and professional dentist. He answered all my dental questions 👏 and I would definitely recommend him along with Jen, one of Dr. Pruh's hygienist.

I am looking forward to seeing Dr. Pruhs again soon. Thank you, take care, and God bless 🙌! 2/18/2025: Dr Pruhs is the best 👌 as he repaired my front top tooth perfectly! I will see him again in July for teeth 😬 cleaning. I would like to give Dr Pruhs and his staff kudos👏 for a job well done! Ridgeview Dental Group used to be a place where I went as a kid and always enjoyed my dental hygienist. As I got older, I still stayed and would come back to this office even when I lived overseas. I have had some great experiences here. I even left an amazing review praising them and giving them a 5 star review on Yelp.

But today, I'm writing to let you know that their "sincere warmth and care for their patients" can suddenly twist on you at any moment (So now I'm questioning just how sincere they were being). I now hold a holistic approach to dentistry and therefore, they discharged me as a patient. Which this is completely fine. However, the manner in which they did it was very unprofessional.

I received an email discharge letter from a locked password portal. I think since I was a patient for roughly 25 years and they knew how much I valued them and would always thank them, I would have expected at least a conversation via phone call with them explaining that our different philosophies are hard to accommodate at this office. If you are looking for an office that holds integrity, unfortunately, I have to say that this is not the place.

Just wanted to say thank you to Dr Pruhs and the hygienist for a wonderful experience on my last visit on March 13th. I needed a crown and filling and the appointment took two hours. I have arthritis in my back and they very were accommodating to ensure that I was comfortable. Thank you both for the awesome care that I received. Lyn
