I am a new patient here and have been extremely happy with this office. The receptionists are very friendly, they make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Dr. Bruns and her assistants are all fantastic. They are very thorough. I like that they are up front about their pricing and I also feel that they do not push you to get unnecessary dental work like other offices that I’ve been to.

They say they open at 8am but I arrive for my appointment at 9:40am, the door was locked. I called and was put on hold, I then try the door one more time at 9:50ish and still locked. Never called me after missing the initial appointment time, but emailed me saying I missed my appointment when clearly I did not, they had the doors locked and put me on hold.

There was also another gentlemen who couldn't get in either and was also waiting.

The first time they failed to cancel my appointments, allowed me to miss work and my children to miss school just to show up and be told that they called (they didnt) to tell me the dentist called off. THE SECOND TIME it happened was today. I was gaslit by the staff when they LIED ( I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF MY CALL LOGS) and said claimed they called to cancel (even if they had it was too late to cancel my PTO) and the proceded to not even apologize.

I am taking my families dental care elsewhere due to a rude dentist and unprofessional staff.

Having found a Leader coupon from this dentist and being retired with no dental insurance, I read the reviews, called and made an appointment. I haven’t taken the best of care of my teeth my whole life, but have tried to keep up on cleaning when I could afford it. The workers were nice and hospitable, but I left feeling very disappointed. After x-rays, I was told I needed $1200 deep cleaning. I may have NEEDED $1200 worth of care, but all I could afford was a $79 coupon. Isn’t a basic cleaning better than no cleaning at all.

So I got nothing but conversation for $79 which was a lot of money to me. I guess I lost some faith in fellow humans to just give basic service and not try to up-sell. I realize they’re in business to make money, but healthcare workers should look at the basic needs of their clients also. I feel I got scammed by a coupon.
