Yesterday was my last visit to Ritt Dental. I choose this dentist because of the rave reviews. . . . . . . . My initial visit was outstanding. 2nd visit my dentures didn't fit and appeared to be made for a steed. Of course I didn't accept them. 3rd visit the dentures had a large gap in the middle.

I've never had nor do I want a gap in between my 2 front teeth. 4th visit the Tryon fell apart in my mouth. Irritated by my dissatisfaction. The dentist asked whether or not I wanted to deal directly with the lab who created the dentures. I agreed. . . . . . . After 2 visits to the dental lab my teeth were almost perfect. But the top portion up front scratched my gums.

I told the denist this she became agitated and said I'd have to put them all the way on so she could make adjustments. I told her I was very sure it hurted when she attempted to place them again. I asked her to shave it down just a little. That worked perfectly. She then handed me a dirty tooth container to place my new partials in. It was filled with hair and dust. I refused that told her it was absolutely disgusting. She gave me a clean one upon REQUEST. Needless to say I'll never go back. .

Quick and seamless visit to the dentist! Hygienist and doctor were very kind and informative. Have been to dentists where they really upsell treatments and other services they offer, and was happy that this place was not like that at all!

I am older, on blood thinners, and have a strong gag reflex. The hygienist, Kayla, was on time, and excellent. The Doctor efficient, reassuring and lovely. The offices are beautiful. A+

I'm not sure why this dentist office has such great ratings. I needed a dentist in the city and started going here about 2 years ago just for 6 month cleanings. Every experience has been very average, but I have been going for cleanings which seemed simple enough. This past visit will be my last. The dental assistant had no idea what she was doing and was finished cleaning my teeth in about 5 minutes doing the absolute bare minimum.

It was clear she was confused the entire time. Each time I go I'm left disappointed, but this visit pushed me to find a new dentist. I would never trust having any work done here due to the lack on knowledge by their staff.
