When I came Dr. Mcaboy's i had been dealing with a infected tooth for 1 1/2 months. I was only scheduled for a consult that day and when the dentist came in the room and asked how I was doing I said " I will be better if you can pull my tooth as my birthday present" he took 1 look and said "let do it".

When I tell you that it literally took him 30 seconds to pull it (after he numbed it) that's exactly what I mean and it was painless!!! Every single hygienist was really really nice and they even sang happy birthday to me when I came out of the room. I give Dr Mcaboy and his staff 10 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and would recommend/refer anyone looking for oral surgery to visit y'all!

I was weary to even go back and get my wisdom teeth out after my consultation, but I had no other choice after calling for 2 months, trying to find someone else to take my insurance, nobody would. They send you to a completely different location 30 mins away. I was even willing to pay out a pocket until it was in the thousands. And then I just decided to go with dr. Mcaboy because my primary dentist basically said, I had no other options and I didn't. next time, I'm gonna listen to my gut. Because the place is ran very unprofessionally. It is way too small for the amount of people in the waiting room. The front desk lady will purposely take the phone off just to not answer the phone i have seen her do it and laugh about it. The staff is very rude and they act like they don't care about anybody's feelings. I even told the assistant that was helping the doctor that i'm having anxiety, and if she could just hold my hand for a minute it would help since they let no one in the room with you and she acted as if the world was dying. And oh, my god, I have to help this patient get through a little bit of anxiety, like really. And after I had told them that I initially had anxiety, they just kept saying, you have to let us do this.

You have to let us do this. And then mind you, once the procedure started, I was under the impression it was gonna be twilight if you look up what twilight sedation is it is an I. V sedation where you are not fully asleep, I get that, but you are relaxed and conscious. Enough to take orders but you shouldn't feel anything that is what I was told. But I was also told that you can fall asleep depending. You look it up, other doctors say you can fall asleep. So again being told one thing and then the doctor said no one ever told me that alright im stupid then. I was numbed with the jelly and a couple shots for the numbing medicine and they started it was barely as much as when you get a filling and he starts and I am in excruciating pain crying mind you and he just keeps saying your doing good but is not seeing how much pain I am in or how I am gripping the chair trying to say ow. No body is explaining anything they just expect you to know it all. It felt very rushed 45 mins for 4 impacted teeth doesn't seem right. Also the assistance addittude made my anxiety so much worse. No syringe to get food out of the holes they just created. Don't prescribe anything but motrin and an antibiotic for a 4 hour ride home and 4 impacted teeth being ripped out had to stop at the emergency room not even an hour and a half later because I couldn't swallow, the pain was to much, and even the emergency room doctor said that was ridiculous, that wasn't handled properly, ans was the only one to show me compassion that day.

I felt like I was just tortured and slowly dying. My face is swollen way more than normal and everything I looked up was not normal. . . do your research I just want my $400 back i worked so hard to get to get this surgery for me to have an emergency room visit and debating on going back because I called him and he prescribes me a pain mediation I am allergic to claiming thats the only one he can call in otherwise I have to drive 4 hours for a stupid paper prescription and that if he sends that one and I go to an er if the pain is worse no hospital will help me because he already sent me a prescription im ALLERGIC TOO! My healing process has been hell. I would have rather paid the 3000 to have this done right and I wouldn't have been in so much pain. . . oh and they also cut my cheek to chin somehow. . time to find a lawyer im thinking
