This office is always clean and well organized. Yes, it is small, but the level of coordination and efficiency is unparalleled. The lady in the front office is consistently courteous and professional, and she always wears a smile. The doctor is extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable and pleasant.

The entire staff is patient, professional and prompt. The office is nicely run and up-to-date with the latest technology and the magazines are current too! If you are seeking an excellent orthodontist, give them a try at Riverdale Family orthodontics.

Dr. Woo was excellent. I recently visited for a braces consultation. The staff was very friendly and helped me feel comfortable. The hygienist took a full scan of my teeth and several photos. Then Dr. Woo came to speak with me. She asked me about my concerns with my teeth and then talked through her observations from the photos. She then recommended my treatment options and answered my questions.

I really appreciated the time Dr Woo took to answer all of my questions. I have visited other orthodontists and have sometimes felt rushed. I also appreciate that Dr. Woo was very comprehensive and willing to discuss all my options. Previous orthos that I have visited seemed to steer me toward a plan that was convenient for their practice (either more expensive, or more their specialty). I would highly recommend anyone considering any sort of orthodontic treatment visit Dr. Woo.
