I don’t typically leave reviews, however I feel compelled to share my positive experiences with Dr. Wimmergren and all the staff (especially Leah and Alma). This dental office is not like others I have been to. From the initial phone call, to working with insurance, and answering questions, Leah has been nothing but kind and helpful. Then if you are unlucky like me and need any dental work done Dr.

Wimmergren and Alma will make you feel so comfortable and at ease, even if you have anxiety with dental work like I do. They honestly just want to help and are so respectful. I am beyond thankful I found them. Also, their hours are awesome, making dentist visits so much more convenient! Thank you everyone at Riversbend Dental.

Best dental experience ever! I contacted Rivers Bend due to sudden severe dental pain and they were able to get me in the very next day. I had never been to their practice before but had been looking for a new dentist for quite some time. Talking to their patient care coordinator Leah on the phone immediately put me at ease with how friendly, kind and understanding she was. When I arrived for my appointment Leah knew it was me before I could even tell her my name. Smiles on faces all around in their office and everyone was so friendly and personable. The dental assistant, Elma greeted me up front and walked me back to the room. She was so personable, comforting, kind and amazing. My interactions with her totally put my mind at ease and left me feeling confident I made the right decision to go there. When Dr. Andrea Wimmergren came in to greet me she was simply wonderful, easy to talk to and made me feel like she actually cared.

After imaging and an exam they laid out the situation in an easy to understand way and made sure my questions were answered and I was comfortable with next steps. We scheduled my dental work for a few days later and they made sure I wasn't in agonizing pain in the meantime. I just got home from my second appointment and it was just as great, if not better. The plan was removing decay, a root canal, and crown on one tooth, plus extraction of a wisdom tooth. The work was painless and they made every effort to check in with me to ensure I was okay. The extraction of the wisdom tooth was super quick and painless. After verifying they had removed enough material on my other tooth via imaging before proceeding to the root canal, Dr. Andrea said at this point it didn't appear I needed the root canal after all and we could just do the crown, but she left it up to me to make sure I was comfortable with the decision, as there is always some risk with these things (which is to be expected). I was totally blown away by their high ethical standards at this point - they could have easily just done it anyway and not said a word, but they didn't! I was already confident this would be my new dental care home, but this really displayed the high standards, ethics, and quality that Rivers Bend has. I'm so impressed with this dental practice.

The staff have all been truly amazing, Dr. Andrea is an honest, diligent, compassionate dentist. Their office is clean, cozy and so welcoming. It is incredible to feel like I finally have a dental team I can trust, that treats me like a person, and honestly cares about patients. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment and can't say I have ever felt that way about the dentist in my life before coming here! For anyone seeking a new dentist or who has perhaps has been afraid to go, I would highly recommend Rivers Bend. You won't feel judged and will be well taken care of every step of the way. Dr. Andrea should be very proud of her practice, they really are one in a million!

It’s hard to make a review without sounding canned, but I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is so friendly, they bring it down to a level I can understand (first office to take the time to teach me how to floss!), Dr Wimmergren knows a heck of a lot, and they don’t push you to get stuff done just for them to make money. I personally don’t have dental insurance and used the in-office plan that covers my cleanings and x-rays and whatnot for the year, and it’s really reasonable.

I’ve honestly recommended a lot of people there—never had a bad experience and never heard of a bad experience either.

My son and I came here to get our teeth cleaned and it was a great experience! They were accommodating and thoughtful. I got my teeth by Emily and she is truly incredible. 100 percent will return and recommend.
