Anyone needs the service, make sure what's the actual fee schedule. Very tricky when they quote the price. Besides the feisty and angry tone of the main doctor (over the fee) has caused me much more stress and headache as a patient--right after multipel dental treatments for two days in one week (already enough stress and pain but she was too aggressive to me). Whey I called to make schedule, her voice was totally different from today's.

Making a scene in front of other patients won't help to creat a positive & professional image!! Please be careful over the price quote over the telephone . . .

I was in pain went to my dentist. But when I went to Dr. Shah she was on point ,honest. Told me exactly it was my gums she gave me medicine and I'm Feeling so much better. I recommend 👌 her to anyone that needs a dentist. excellent staff as well.

Made an appointment a month ago gave my insurance and everything. Never received a phone call to confirm my insurance. Called the day of my appointments. The rude reception told me there was no appointment was ever made and they were booked. I told them that I had an appointment it was made a month ago.

She told me there was nothing and she couldn't do anything. She could make another appointment for another day. I told her I had an appointment booked already. What's the difference if I should book another appointment for another day if same thing would happen.

Be careful because she is the biggest liar. If you intend to have work done by her, make sure you have it in writing. She installed to caps and ruined my bottom teeth in the process and it ended up costing me $6,000. She lied about the whole process and finally the truth came out when I got my lawyer involved.

She also caused damage for my wife. She lied and did a total different procedure in my wife and it cost me $10,000. And she charged me for twelve teeth when she only installed 10.
