I have always been scared of going to the dentist. . . . Not anymore! Dr. Riggins and Dr.

Blew know just to handle nervous patients. They are very generous with their explanations and they take their time. I also really like the dental hygienists especially Lisa and Holly. Both are very thorough and gentle. The office is well run, easy to call and get an appointment. It's made going to the dentist easy! Thanks to all!

Doctor and hygienist were good. Office staff is another story altogether. If you have a discount plan instead of a traditional insurance, good luck dealing with them. They staunchly refused to acknowledge the fixed fee schedule I had, insisting their prices were correct. I asked that they call the plan provider to verify and they refused! When I complained to my plan provider, I was told I would receive a refund. I called Riverside Family Dentistry back to make an appointment for follow-up treatment and requested for an updated estimate based on the correct fees.

They told me they were dropping my discount plan. How convenient! Better still, I was told I would be getting a call back from the person in charge about my refund. No calls, and they simply issued a refund to my credit card, without asking if that was the card I wanted the refund to go back on. Such a shame that they have incompetent office staff.

I have been coming to this place since I was a little kid and now I bring my kids here along with myself. John R Williams was my dentist as a kid but now I understand he rarely sees patients anymore. However, the other dentists are just as amazing and nice and have always worked well with my 9 year old son.

The office is always clean, staff is always nice and professional and I love that they have more than one receptionist now so scheduling or paying never takes too long. Would most definitely recommend this place to others.

I'm in the process of becoming a patient and the Friday before my scheduled appointment my gums were swelled up and i was in a lot of pain so I called the on call Dr. at 5:30 p. m.

and left a message and my call was returned soon after that! Then Dr. Riggins had the receptionist call me Saturday morning and got me in so he could see what was happening! I was just so grateful and the people who work there are all top notch! Highly recommend, they did me a real solid!
