I am writing to share my very disappointing experience with Riverside Valley Dental Care and Dr. Eric Peterson. On February 3, 2025, I purchased two dental crowns from this practice. The first crown was successfully placed on March 7, 2025, and I am satisfied with that result. However, the placement of the second crown on March 24, 2025, was problematic. Immediately after the procedure, it was apparent that the second crown did not seat properly to my gum line, leaving a noticeable gap.

I promptly returned to Dr. Peterson, who indicated a new mold would be needed. It was concerning that the initial fit was seemingly not properly inspected. Adding to this, despite being issued a "Professional Discount" receipt on March 24th for significant prior delays and repeated assurances from Reed and Lindsay that the refund check was mailed, I have still not received it as of today, May 11, 2025. Given the poorly fitted crown, the lack of proper inspection, the excessive delays spanning 14 weeks and seven appointments, and the failure to provide a promised refund, I will be contacting the Minnesota Attorney General, the MN Board of Dentistry, and the Better Business Bureau to share the type of service I have received at Riverside Valley Dental Care and Dr. Eric Peterson.

This combination of issues has resulted in a very negative experience, leaving me facing further appointments and uncertainty regarding a procedure paid for over three months ago. I would caution potential patients to carefully consider these issues before choosing Riverside Valley Dental Care and Dr. Eric Peterson. Sal, C.

I called Riverside valley dental Care last Thursday morning. I explained to them that I had a tooth infection that went all the way up to my eye socket. They could tell how serious this was and squeezed me in at 1:00 p. m. . The nurse that administered the novocaine made it almost painless. They did some x-rays to find out how bad the problem was. Dr. Peterson entered the room with a warm smile and a handshake.

He explained to me in great detail what was going to happen next. He started the procedure of removing my tooth and when he got done I could not tell that he removed my tooth. I was surprised when he said the procedure was over. From the receptionist to the nurs es to Dr. Peterson all told me what they were going to do before they did it. There were no surprises. Overall, this was the best dentist experience I've had so far in my life. Be everyone was so helpful and friendly and courteous and I couldn't have asked for a better situation. I highly recommend Riverside valley dental Care to all my friends and family.

I had a great experience. When it was time to go I stopped to see the cashier. She was friendly and very courteous. I was surprised at the cost of the dental work I had done was much lower than I thought it was going to be. Thank you to the receptionist, the nurses, and Dr. Eric Peterson for the great experience that I had at the clinic. I look forward to my next visit.

I had some bad tooth pain from a cracked tooth over the weekend. I called them Monday morning and they were able to get me in the same day with root canal and cap to save the tooth. Painless procedure and professional staff.

Amazing service and quality work! Feeling great just one day after! Also, they were great to work with on insurance coverage and out of pocket details. They have a new customer in me.
