Can’t go wrong with Rivertowne Dental! My beloved longtime dentist passed unexpectedly some years ago. In the wake I didn’t believe there was a practice that would hold a candle to hers. Until a family member referred and spoke glowingly of their experiences. Fast forward and I’ve been a customer for years since. Really can’t say enough good things about Dr. B, Dr.

O’Neal, and the wonderful staff of how respectful, personable, clean, timely and efficient they are. Appointments and dental work has been excellent; my last cleaning was about the best I’ve ever had. They may be the smoothest with dental instruments in how relaxed you feel. Honestly makes it tough not to fall asleep in the chair lol. Lastly, they’ve always shot straight and throughly answer questions without fluff/upsell, which I truly appreciate.

Dr. B & Staff are simply the best. I found this office last May, as the dentist I was working with at the time lost his location. I was in the middle of having major work done. I was not as proactive about my teeth during the pandemic and had previously used a dental school to save money, which did not work out well, so there was a lot to do. I searched for available dental offices that my insurance covered, cross-checked online reviews and landed on Rivertowne Dental. When I called the office, there was a wait for just a cleaning, but if you needed major work, they could get you right in. I had an appointment the following week! From start to finish, the entire office has made getting my teeth fixed a pleasure.

Needless to say, I have had several appointments since last May, and each have been seamless. I am always seen within 5 minutes of arriving. The staff explain your visit before you start and make you feel really welcome. And then enters Dr. B. I love this guy! Like the staff, he explains everything in detail and is super gentle when performing all the work that goes into getting my crowns. He even uses terms of endearment like, "you're doing really good, dear" or "we're almost finished, hon," which relaxes me if I am tense. I feel more like a family friend than a customer.

Additionally, Dr. B recommended another great office to perform the root canal that his office was not able to perform. Just caring all around. I am so glad to have found this office and am excited that my insurance covers all of his services. Also, in case you miss it, when you check out, there is a sign that says have a seat and you will be called up. The young lady at the front appreciates if you do that. I did not on my first visit but have done so on all visits that follows. This is a 5-star business!

In the past, I would dread going to the dentist. Not because of any teeth issues. . but just anxious about what my experience would be like during the visit. Let me say, Dr. Bishara is wonderful. Very patient, kind and answers all concerns. He's gentle while performing procedures and explains what he's doing. A big plus for me.

I schedule all my visits with him. Monique assisted him during my procedure this visit. She helped me to feel comfortable. Latrice did my cleaning a few months ago. She is sweet and genuinely accommodating to her patients. She is just an awesome spirit. She is gentle while working as well. My gums/mouth weren't sore when I left the office. I already have my next appointment scheduled with her.

Lastly, there is RaShawn at checkout. She has been pleasant with every encounter I’ve had with her. Always greets me with a smile. So, I have found dental care I’m happy with. . no more dread☺️ I'm sure I’ll have the opportunity to meet the rest of the team. This is where I’ll be staying! A great experience all around.

I came in today to have a cavity filled.The dentist and the hygienist that worked on me today was very efficient. They made me feel comfortable and did an awesome job. I wasn't in any pain and when the work was done and I left feeling very good about my visit.
