My poor mother was there last week and whom ever was taking her X-rays was making such horrible comments about my mothers teeth and mouth. One comment made was “looks like you never brush your teeth!” My mother told me she felt horrified and shamed. No one should be spoken to like that, it’s so unprofessional.

Looking to find my parents a better dental office. Reading all of these horrible reviews going back years, I’m surprised nothing is being done with the staff.

No lie hands down the best dentist ever!!! I was crying on the phone about my tooth hurting.. they took me on the same day n the doctor rip that sucker out so fast it was phenomenal!!! They are definitely the best dentist to go to in Yonkers and yes they accept most insurances!! Thank u riverview now I can go back to work 🥰

I recently had the most unsatisfactory experience at Riverview dental care in Yonkers, and I feel compelled to share my dismay with others who may be considering their services. My visit on December 4th turned into an absolute nightmare, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. To begin with, the primary issue arose when the dental office mishandled the processing of my insurance claim. Instead of sending it to the correct address, they sent it to an entirely wrong location. It took them an astonishing three weeks to realize their error, and by that time, I had to restart the entire process. This sheer incompetence resulted in an extended delay and a tremendous waste of my time. Adding insult to injury, every time I called to inquire about the status of my insurance claim, I was met with a barrage of excuses and what can only be described as a runaround.

The person on the phone seemed more adept at lying and attempting to manipulate the situation than providing any straightforward information. This lack of transparency and accountability left me feeling both frustrated and deceived. Moreover, the customer service at here is nothing short of abysmal. They not only failed to offer any support or reassurance during this ordeal but seemed wholly disinterested in rectifying their mistakes. Instead of focusing on proper dental care, the staff at this establishment appears to be experts at wasting their customers' time. The dental work itself was no better. The quality of service was subpar, and I strongly caution anyone against entrusting their dental health to this establishment.

It is evident that they prioritize profit over patient satisfaction, and the overall experience has been nothing short of a disappointment. In conclusion, I urge prospective clients to think twice before choosing Riverview Dental Care in Yonkers. The best course of action for the community would undoubtedly be the closure of this establishment. Save your money, save your time, and seek dental care elsewhere for a more professional and reliable experience.

Light Worker

This dentist is the only dentist in her office and has about six rooms where she is working on one while the others are either waiting to see her, or already in the numbing process, or what have you heard and she goes through her patients and do what needs to be done for each patient spending about 5 minutes intervals with each patient getting the work done for each patient. And she knocks them out the box. I think she is working on 5 patients every hour. How is that humanly possible, and she's at it for hours. That's the good part She has damage my teeth by using a metal file to scrap in cleansing for plaque which never had around my gumlines and now I have groves where she scraped my teeth underneath,it has become sensitive to certain things I consume and now my teeth are all show slight and light cavity forming directly where she filled around my gym line.

The fillings she placed in my mouth is harmful to to my health and so far I had 3 fall off recently. One time I was going to get a cavity refilled because it fell out 2 weeks after and we were going to start the process for the molding for my lower partial so as she is drinking an already deep hole in the only tooth I had in the back left side of my mouth she cracked it and immediately had to repair it with that bonding thing she used to put my tooth together again and she got nervous because without the tooth my lower particles wouldn't have anything to grip on to to be secure. It fell apart after a couple of days ruining my chances of getting fitted for my lower partials. She has traumatized me so bad I am now afraid of dentist and my teeth and tooth that lost it's fillings have slowly been chipping away since, I don't even have to eat anything hard. So basically she jacked up my teeth because it's unsavable.

I'm on Medicaid and they only allow to have basic procedures like extraction, fillings and partials and cleaning. What am I to do if she left my teeth in such a state that I can't get lower partials to help me chew? And one of fillings that fell off has a deep hole i can feel i guess my gums through it. I feel that I won't be able to smile again and now cover my mouth when I speak to anyone. 😭
