I was nervous about getting braces but from the time I walked in the door the staff made me feel as if I had been a patient there for years. Mikena was very very helpful and helped me throughout the whole process! I have since started both of my kids with treatment and will definitely be referring them to others!

Waited over a month for my first appointment & they canceled the day before. I called and asked why they waited to cancel until the day before and the lady had the worst attitude. I messed up and decided to give them a second chance. Waited again over a month for my appointment, took my time off and everything.

Just to get there and the the lady at the front desk says “ oh we ment to call you and reschedule because our doctors sick. ” If I could give them 0 stars I would their customer service is terrible.

People in back are always sweet and quick. The people that work the front are a hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Always be prepared to sit in the waiting room for at least 45 minutes plus just to be seen with an appointment. The confirmation texts they send don’t always match the original time you made the appointment for.

Dr. D and the staff here are absolutely phenomenal! They are amazing at what they do. He and the entire team are great. I’ve never had any issue - my wait is never long, I’m always in and out. I, honestly, have a fun time when I visit the office because the staff treat you like family! I definitely recommend Dr. D and his team as they are the absolute best of the best!!
