Worst place to go to. I had surgery to get three wisdom teeth out. Apparently while I was sleeping I was being loud and fighting (I have been asleep for surgery before and have never had an issue) They only got one tooth out and woke me up.

While I'm trying to wake up and had no idea what was going on they were talking about calling the cops. By far the worst dentist I have ever been to and will not be going back.

Dr.Dornauer and his staff were professional and polite. I had a tooth extracted and was put under to do so. My procedure was quick and I had limited pain after.

Worst experience of my life. As someone with anxiety, I know what I want, what I don't want and I like to be informed. He was not happy right off the bat about me not wanting to be put under for a simple extraction. He gave me a numbing agent that he KNEW would not fully numb me and immediately starting pulling my wisdom tooth out even after I told him and his assistant that I wasn't numb. It was the most painful thing I've ever went through, so I screamed and begged him to stop. He wouldnt stop for at least a solid minute. He then threw his tools down, threw his hands up and told me to leave and go somewhere else. He and his assistant left me by myself with my tooth partially pulled out and bleeding.

I sat there with tissues trying to stop the bleeding. He came back only to ridicule me for my anxieties and once again told me to go somewhere else. Not a single person in the office cared to ask if I was okay or anything. I grabbed my stuff and left. Luckily, I found a different dentist to finish it. That dentist numbed me properly and pulled the tooth out just fine. If you have any form of fear or anxiety of dental work, I would not recommend going here as he has no patience. I did call the office and expressed my concerns with a lady at the front desk.

She was very pleasant to talk to. She told me she wrote everything down that I said and would give it to Dr. Dornaur. I don't know if she did or not because I never received a call from him, even just to check to see if I was okay or if was able to get my tooth extracted. He showed and has shown no care or concern.

Real Review!!! Shout out to everyone in the office: Receptionist, Dental Technician's, Monica and the Dr. Everyone was very friendly, polite, courteous and respectful. Just had a molar removed by Dr. Dornauer yesterday. Aftercare instructions by Monica were thorough and complete. I have minimal if any pain.
